I got hold of a AP82-TW twin universal lnb for my 140cm Triax dish. http://www.mti.com.tw/LNB_Flange.htm
I never expected there to be a big difference in signal strength, certainly not an improvement. However, I was surprised by the results, a 10-15% increase in signal strength. Not just readings, tangible watchable results! Example: Some of the 2D transponder, which were unwatchable, are now receivable without pixelisation. I made a signal reading for your list.
Monday June 9th 2003, 14:25, overcasted and little rain. Triax 140cm Prime Focus dish with MTI 0.7db LNB and Echostar3600.
Average  readings, +/- 2-3% signal
10744H 52%, 10773H 48%, 10803H 48%, 10832H 49%, 10847V 66%, 10862H 50%
10876V 65%, 10891H 51%, 10906V 59%, 10921H 51%, 10936V 65%

Used to be able to get all FTA channels on an 80 cm offset dish, except ITVI. Could get ITV by switching to the Scotland beam. Lost all the BBC channels and ITV when the BBC switched satellites. Self installed a used, dented 110 cm offset dish and have all the lost channels again, except for the early morning hours. Don't know why the signal is weaker in the mornings, but expect a little more dish tweaking, and LNB skew adjusting will get all the channels back 24 hours per day. Long coaxial run, about 30 meters.

LNBs
I have tried various brands of LNB, Digistar, Syntec, Invacom and MTI, I find the MTI Blueline Supremeline 0.2dB, to be by far the best for fringe reception, better than the grey models and the Blueline 0.6dB. The MTI is far cheaper than both the Invacom and Syntec 2000 lnb's.
Horizontal Transponders
Good reception until 10.00 CET from the BBC (Tr45 - 10.773 H, and Tr47 10.803 H) and from ITV1 (Tr49 10.832 H and Tr53 10.891 H), again good from 12.30 GMT. Lose in heavy rain during weak signal times. The Irish transponder, Tp43 10.744 H has the same reception pattern as the others.
Vertical Transponders
The BBC's, ITV's and Channel Four's vertical transponders, have a different reception pattern. They are usually good all day and from 12.30 CET increase in strength, the signal does not weaken after 19.30 and problem free reception is even possible in the rain.
Transponder 54 - 10.906 V (ITV)
Tr54 (10.906 V), is very weak, thought does come a live for a few hours in the early morning until about 0.7.00 reception is again possible from around 16.00 -17.30 and appears again from 23.00. The picture is watchable at times, though there is some  break up. A larger dish 1.8m and up would be needed to improve reception. I have tried two line amps, these seem only to worsen the signal.
Reception pattern
One point to remember east of the footprint is, that the signals from the Astra 2D satellite are not at a constant signal level. There are certain times of the day when both horizontal and vertical transponders are strong and when they are weak. These are my findings:
ALL TIMES GMT & approx.
07.00-13.30 Weak
13.30-17.30 Strong
17.30-19.00 Weak
19.00-06.30 Strong
VERTICAL TRANSPONDERS (except Tr54 10.906V)
09.00-12.30 Weaker though stable picture and sound in all but the very worst weather.
12.30-02.45 Strong, excellent reception.

I have all 2D channels apart from ITV2. Most are stable all the time although sometimes degrade around 20.30-21.30 CET I can normally keep a watchable picture by switching to BBC1/2 Scotland, (Although as BBC1 Scotland is often showing 'River City' at that time it could be considered unwatchable as well...!) ITV1 has been stable throughout all of the Rugby world cup matches in the early afternoon.

Originally I had a Digistar LNB, but ITV was very poor. Changed to a MTI (AP84TW) quad flange LNB, with a definite improvement, but would still break up sometimes. On a friends advice, I tried an Invacom 0.3db quad (QDF-031) and this has solved all my problems. ITV now stable, along with other 2D channels.

I have been using a Pan 35 for the past six months. This model definitely has a more sensitive tuner and is not suitable for this region.  I had problems picking up ITV transponder 10.891 most of the time. In addition, ITV transponder 10.832 was weak especially when Coronation Street was on (20.30 – 22.00). I didn’t experience any real problems with BBC channels though. When tested on a 1.5m dish against a Pan 30,  the Pan 35 did not do too well. In fact it could not pick up any Astra2d channels. I have now switched to a brand new Pan 30. Other reports in Dk & Southern Sweden all seem to suggest Pan 30, so don’t make the mistake I made. New Pan 30’s still available from (www.Susat.co.uk). Signal reception seems much stronger, even during some of the nasty rainstorms we have had lately. I am still not able to pick up ITV transponder 10.906, except at 11.00 at night. Will raise my dish in the summer and report back
Receivers tried:
Pace 2200 which gave a little picture (Ziff tuner)
Hyundai 800CI (non-sky box…but did give good reception)
Panasonic 30
Panasonic 35
LNBs tried:
Invacom single universal single feed
Invacom Quattro C120 flange
MTI Blue line AP8 (this was by far the best)

1.2mtr prime focus dish Maximum Universal C120 LNB 0.3db for Astra2 / Eurobird Around 65mtr run due to trees to the south of the house so dish located out in the garden to the receiver a Kathrein UFS 910 HD
The receiver gives about 65-70% signal and 95% quality for what that is worth as I cannot calibrate the meter that is provided.
Interestingly ITV1 Meridian E on 10891Mhz Horizontal is the weakest transponder of all. The others come up nearer to 70%
100% reception 24/7 except in the winter when the snow builds up on the dish L That is one of the advantages of the offset dish being more upright.

I have today carried out a larger test for you. My receiver Force 1122. only showing quality of signal.
I also have a Humax 5400irci,for this test I used the Force.
Results after adjustments:
10744H - TG4-TV3- with 53%. 10773H - BBC One NI, CBBC WITH 48%.
10803H - BBC One Scot with 49%. 10832H - ITV London with 52%.

10921H - 46% 10936V - 56%
I have I think, a signal on every transponder, today sun and a little windy. So after this I think I will have the BBC packet when it goes free to air.

I receive all the Astra 2D programmes 24/7 perfect.
The Invacom Feed Horn comes from Invacom with no cap or cover and so the spiders can get in and lay their nests. The result is that they block the signal. Satellitesuperstore fit a yellow cap, but this ruins the signal. I have modified the cover.

Problem free reception 24 hours a day in all weather on all BBC and ITV channels, except transponder 10.906 V ( ITV2 and 3 etc) This transponder comes in perfectly during early morning and at intervals during the evening, but during daytime there is frequent picture break up and popping on sound. Maybe a little more ultra fine dish tuning might help, but I don't think that I can get it much more precise. the signal level of this transponder at the worst reception times doesn't remain constant, but fluctuates rapidly up and down between zero and 45 percent. (measured on the GB SAT receiver) I find that the MTI LNB is slighly better than the invacom, giving a slightly higher signal quality reading.

Humax 5350 Threshold 17% Signal Quality, weather cloudless to totally covered.
Vertical (BBC1 midlands 10788H), Horisontal(BBC2 10773H). Both reach the minimum from 9:00 - 12:00 Danish time 16-17 % around threshold (Should be able to get it to stay on 17 if I adjust the dish in this time interval. Both reach maximum 16 -19 Danish time 30 % Horizontal, 40 % Vertical. The evening which is the most interesting 19 - 24 the quality is between 17 and 23 on both. Early mornings gives a peak 06:00 to 09:00 23 - 35 %. Rain, 02:30 in the night gave 14% on both but I don't now what the cloudless level is for that
time of night. All hhorizontal on 2D have the same signal quality here the vertical ones.During this 24 h period, the minimum signal quality stayed above threshold signal quality 20-23% on the weakest transponders (all horizontal). The minimum for the vertical is 25%. The maximum is seen about 40 % on the vertical and about 30% on the horizontal.

The reception is on 10773 H good 24 hours best in afternnon evening, after about 14.00 in the afternoon the signal quality is about 50%. Before about 14.00 in the mourning the signal quality drops to about 35%.The reception on 10847 V is better signal quality is about 60%.I have a friend in Brovst Jutland, who I helped with some equipment i had left over, an old Humax OATV and a 80cm dish with a quatro head 0.3db, using only the H-Low output from the head is recieving only in afternoon evening and night about signal quality 25% , but he only gets up late anyway, picture sound are ok.All these measurements are in good weather, very heavy rain results in loss of signal.
