ITV Player on Freesat (Beta Testing)
ITV Player is currently Beta testing on the Freesat platform, the service is available throught the Freesat Information channel on 999. Humax receivers only at present.
To access ITV Player press GREEN GREEN BLUE GREEN GREEN.
Make sure your Freesat receiver is connected to the Internet either by a LAN cable or by using a WiFi plug.
Please remember that this service is in Beta, some functions may not be up and running at present, some features may be added in the future.
This is a Video On Demannd (VOD) service, so it is not possible to watch live streaming of ITV's channels on the Freesat version of the ITV Player.
 
This is the placeholder for ITV Player, when the service launches officially sometime in 2011. Channel 903. ITV Player is not currently available through channel 903 ITV Player.
Placeholder only at present. 		To access ITV Player Beta, go to the Freesat Info channel on 999. Press GREEN GREEN BLUE GREEN GREEN.
 
Now press RED on your Freesat remote. Find programmes under Most Popular, by channel or Don't Miss. Highlight the desired programme and pree OK on your remote.
 
Use the right ARROW key to see available episodes. once you have selected an episode to watch, press OK on your remote. before the programme starts, there will be a few ads.
 
Press OK to pause the programme and access the ITV Player bar, or PAUSE (on HDR models). Press PLAY (on HDR models) to resume, ARROW keys to go back & Forward. Pressing BACK will allow you to leave the current programme, confirm then press OK.
 
Another way to find programmes, is by using the A-Z guide. All programmes begining with these letters will be displayed. Once yoi have found the desired programme, press OK on your remote.
